This problem occurred because of Microsoft security update No.KB946648.you
can go to control panel - Add Remove Programs and delete this update from
there you will find that the problem is solved.

But Microsoft advises the exception of programmes that were facing problems
because of this update  by  edit the registry system.

if you install Messenger Pictures Auto on the path :

C:\\Program Files\\Messenger Pictures Auto

download this file and double click on the mpareg.reg then click yes.

if you install Messenger Pictures Auto on another path edit the file and
change the path and save it.

then double click on the mpareg.reg then click yes.

this will solve this problem
